Fostering Dreams
Giving the dreams of foster and children in need the wings to fly
The idea for Fostering Dreams came to us from our eighteen years of experience fostering dozens of children. Seeing the parade of these young, broken, abused, and hurting children coming to our home led us to the realization that the magic and wonder of life that many of us take for granted, often does not exist in the lives of these children. Their struggle to survive leaves little time for dreams, enchantment, and magic. - Bob and May Alice Noble
About Fostering Dreams

Our Mission
Fostering Dreams recognizes each child’s journey through foster care is unique, and because of circumstances inherent in the foster care process, their spectrum of experiences may be limited. It is our mission to broaden the experiential spectrum beyond that which foster parents or foster agencies can offer. Through our events, we strive to help foster children understand they are special, deserving, and to free them to dream, to hope, and to believe things can and will be better.
